- Exchange only on shoes, there can be no markings on the shoes. If shoes must be tried
on at home, they must be worn on a carpet, towel or cloth. There can be no scuff marks
on the bottom of the shoes.

- There will be a $25 shoe fitting fee which is payable before we start the shoe fitting. The $25 fee will be credited towards your pointe shoes when you buy them. If you choose not to buy pointe shoes the $25 will be kept. Please keep in mind we are professional fitters and fittings can take up to one hour so please book your appointments accordingly.
